Prevent player-placed Rubber Logs from being tapped. #1372

Versions

Betweenlands version:

3.9.6.

Forge version:

Singleplayer or Multiplayer:

Singleplayer.

Installed mods:

Dynamic Trees for The Betweenlands.
Spartan Weaponry for The Betweenlands.

This issue has nothing to do with either mod.

Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

Place down some Rubber Logs on top of each other (3 tall, 1 even works, and the "string" will be floating) and right-click a bucket onto them.

Expected result:

The bucket not being placed.

I think this might be an issue with one of your mods, this doesn't happen in normal BL (the rubber tap checks if the log was player-placed or not).

Tested with and without other mods. Again, this has nothing to do with Dynamic Trees for Betweenlands.

If you place rubber logs in creative mode they can be tapped like natural ones but if you place them in survival they cannot.

I did not know this. Though, 1 shouldn't work since the reed string part of the tap will be floating slightly.
