Fast seek does not seem to work correctly for BDMV sources. I have had better luck using slow seek when needed. We should have some logic to defer to specific seek modes rather than simply looking for the presence of start and stop positions.

Update: This may not be an issue for FFmpeg 6.x. This should be investigated as potentially invalid when picked up.
