• change citation to the right paper (preprint)
• add the website of the vignette via pckdown and the pckdown.yml file
• hexsticker -> check the github repository of all bioconductor stickers for the rough layout
• maybe instead of several reactive_values for the input data (genesets, gs_names, description, genes), make one reactive_value list with the entries genesets, gs_names, description, genes
• Maybe add the bookmark feature in the report panel
• work on the report to include an Interactive Heatmap and Dendrogram
• work on adding the interactive enrichment word cloud with option to select the cluster
• Change all references from GeneTonic to GeDi
• Add Authors information everywhere
• After submitting to Bioconductor, change all GeDi to r BiocStyle::Biocpkg("GeDi")
