本人的症状和楼主有点类似,左手无力,麻木,有时候刺疼,拍片子说34,45,56,67,四节都轻度突出,3个月了一直有症状,想问一下楼主怎么康复的,看了这个笔记没找到笔记好的康复方式,楼主可以加你微信吗,方便交流
