I/O error

Hi @AntHJ , I understand that this project hasn't been updated in a while, but I think I've found a bug and I was hoping for you to take a look:

I have 170 titles installed, and when selecting SQUARE -> Scan for and set all custom app images and names I get:

An error occurred:
app0:scan.lua:22: disk I/O error

I've tried with two different MicroSD cards (I'm using SD2VITA). I even tried without SD2VITA, directly on real internal storage. Also, I have 74 modifications and folders in CustomLiveArea data folder, but if I leave only 70, then sometimes it fails, sometimes it doesn't.

I've checked line 22 of scan.lua and I didn't see anything unusual, maybe there's too many apps or modifications and the app fail?
