Player progress bar not updated when hitting time stamp in shownotes while playback is paused

Device model: Fairphone 3

Bug description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play episode to some point
2. Pause playback
3. Go to the shownotes in the full player
4. Hit a time stamp

Expected behaviour: player progress bar updates immediately to time in time stamp

Current behaviour: player progress bar only updates when hitting play

First occurred: today
