  • I have also used the search function for CLOSED issues to see if the problem is already solved and just waiting to be released.
  • I will describe the problem with as much detail as possible.
  • If the bug only to occurs with a certain podcast, I will include the URL of that podcast.

App version

3.2.0(58081fe)

Where did you get the app from

F-Droid

Android version

Android Go 11 - Stock

Device model

Cat S22 Flip

First occurred

12 December, 2023

Steps to reproduce

Open Antennapod app.
navigate to
Menu --> Settings --> Synchronization --> Select Synchronization provider.

Select Nextcloud

Enter nextcloud server URL.

No Proceed to login button visible.

Screenshot_20231212-145741

Only the Cancel button is visible.

I was wondering why there is no button to login is visible even after entering the URL. I later figured it out that the screen size is small for the app, and the login button is hidden because of the screen size.
I had to decrease the font and display size device wide to see part of the display button with just the top part of it.

Expected behaviour

The proceed to login button should be visible by default on smaller screens with less resolution.
It is a 2.8 inch screen with 480 x 640 pixels resolution.

Current behaviour

I managed to login by clicking on top part of the button for proceed to login.

Requesting to support smaller screens, as there are many devices now with smaller screens and Android on them.

I have tried scrolling, it was not scroll-able.
I am used to scrolling, because in many apps, extra buttons often get visible when I scroll, because they don't expect a smaller screen size.

Adding scrolling to that screen should be an easy task for new contributors
