Minor Settings search quirk: Tapping near top/bottom of search box clears the query

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings
2. Type in a search query
3. Tap the top or bottom of the search field

Expected behaviour

Just the cursor being repositioned, or perhaps nothing.

Current behaviour

The field is cleared, as if tapping the cross button on the right to clear the field.
