Here, in Ukraine, Yandex blocked by gov.
Our blocker is primitive (fast PING + pages without 403-codes).
Please, exclude mirror.yandex.ru for ru_UA.locale and UA-timezones (Kiev, Uzhgorod)
from antergos-mirrors and automated mirror selectors.
