Before starting work with this repository we should cleanup its issues a bit.

Things to do in terms of cleaning up:

  • Close issues asking questions like "is this project alive", "no commits seen since a long time" etc. (tag them as invalid and close)
  • Find duplicates of questions and bugs (tag them as duplicates, mention first issue describing this problem/idea and close)
  • close issues describing bugs fixed in AntiMicroX (mention commit/issue from antimicrox and close)

These are mostly stale issues so whatever we'd do to them would have little or no effect.

What about using something like https://github.com/probot/stale to automatically

  • notify issue submitters about the current situation
  • give them some time to react (e.g. see if it persists in antimicrox)
  • close the issue if there is no response, saving us valuable time?

I think It may be simpler to just close all the issues and add information about situation and put link to AntiMicroX.
Closed issues can still be reopened, commented etc.

give them some time to react (e.g. see if it persists in antimicrox)

Anyway they will have time to test it with antimicrox

To save time I will just use github CI tool.

But still, I will check manually the most popular/commented issues.
