The file languages.ini uses "Belgian" for "Dutch" language. "Belgian" doesn't exist as a language name since "Dutch" is the common language name for Belgium/The Netherlands
However the funny part is: a bit further in the file you DO use "Dutch" ...
So the game photoply2k2be should be in the "Dutch" filter and "Belgian" should be removed since it doesn't exist as a language.

"Dutch" to my understanding refers to the Netherlands. For Belgium (but I am not a native English speaker) I understand "Belgian" to be correct.
