We will go full rest on this. We just need to be able to list, create, update, and delete posts for now.

We can go off the endpoints in this file: https://github.com/AnubisLMS/Anubis/blob/b9a3403e14e7ad6af39ed4509a6640f3a64fb019/api/anubis/views/public/forums.py
