As mentioned in #63, I'd like to ask CI (either bitrise, MS App Center, or travis) to take care of the artifact building process for the releases. As I'm experimenting this afternoon, I realized it actually requires quite a lot of work. This is just a reminder for myself to implement this later, but PRs are welcome (if you have experience/time to kill).
