Describe the bug
There is a mismatch in the license report generated by the DEXTER tool and observed under the licenses screen in the Controller UI. In our case, customer doesn’t have licenses for Analytics and DBMON. But the DEXTER tool still shows 1 license count for each.

Expected behavior
DEXTER tool should report correct license units as displayed in the Controller UI.
