Space Quest I test image : does not boot reliably. It will sometimes hang at "Please wait..." not passing through to joystick calibration screen.

Situation Critical tries to write to disk during "Phase II" (ie. after calibrating the Joystick).. and hangs at $65E8:

- 65E8: LDA $C0ED ; load write protect
  65EB: LDA $C0EE ; set read mode & read latch
  65EE: BMI -

re. Asteroid:
AppleWin's Disk II Controller card only has 16-sector boot firmware.
To boot this game, boot the "DOS 3.3 System Master" (.dsk or .woz) then:

]RUN START13

Put Asteroid.woz in drive-1, and press RETURN.
It'll boot now.
