I tested this issue in both 12.0 and 12.0 SP1, and I wasn't able to reproduce it. I've seen that error a couple times before on a few different ItemTypes when I try to click the Edit button before the fully loads. Could you confirm if this error is happening every time you open a Method? Could you also make sure that you have logged out and logged back in after applying the package?

This could also be a caching issue. Could you try one of these two solutions to make sure that you're pulling the latest versions of the files in the codetree?

  • Clear your browser cache. If you'd rather not clear your cache, you can also...
  • Tell Innovator to bypass the browser cache on your next login by following the steps below
  1. Open \Innovator\Client\web.config in your codetree
  2. Increment the value of the filesRevision attribute of the . std->2->3->4
<cachingModule moduleEnabled="true" filesRevision="2"/>

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried both of your solutions but it still doesn't work ... The same error message still appears ...
