Our Discord bot collects and uses certain personal information from users in order to provide and improve our services. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect this personal information.

Information we collect

The personal information that we collect from users includes:

  • Discord user ID
  • Submission data, including bug reports, player reports, and suggestions
  • Channel data, including submission channels, archive channels, and bot update channels
  • Guild settings, including information about whether attachments can be added by submission authors, whether submission authors are notified of status changes, which channel messages are automatically deleted as they come in, and which roles are given to members on join
  • Roles, including information about which roles are classed as reviewer and admin roles

How we use collected information

We use the personal information we collect from users for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve our services, such as by using submission data to track and address reported bugs and player issues, and by using channel data to route submissions to the appropriate channels
  • To personalize the user experience, such as by using guild settings to apply custom settings for each guild

Sharing of collected information

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We may share personal information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

  • With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf
  • In response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the general public

Security of collected information

We take the security of personal information seriously and take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of personal information.
