Bug: Starcraft 2 client fails to connect to local server without internet #3548

What happened?

Trying to play a Starcraft 2 locally without internet access, the client instantly disconnects after connecting (fails trying to fetch https://github.com/Ziktofel/Archipelago-SC2-data).

Missions can be opened with the data loading correctly, but the archipelago client disconnects so objectives are not sent back to the (local) server.

What were the expected results?

Failing to access the github repo should fallback to cached local files without freezing the client.
