Pham's mixing up whitelist terms!

I've discovered that Pham is (somehow) mixing up white terms (i.e., the term's site field is pointing to the wrong site).

Here's an example (in one of the SO whitelists),

Fixed with recent changes to Pham's new classification mechanism.
