Is there a chance that DM Quest Rewards could be added to Logs like Items so that they can be expended aka "Purchased"? Mainly a tracking thing because you can earn quest rewards but there is no way here to note that you have or haven't redeemed it outside of scouring your log notes.

A DM Quest Rewards section is one of those things I've had planned since the dawn of creation and never gotten around to. But it is on the list.
