现在宿舍换人得记住没心情的干员名，和脚本的初衷背道而驰了属于是，所以希望可以自动识别心情过低并且没有在值班的干员并添加到宿舍里面。
然后能识别宿舍技能平均分配加成干员就更好了……
功能请求先提在这里，我也会尝试写出来脚本提PR。

识别心情和技能图标已经有了，只是写到一半又跑去重写 GUI 了（
