Concept drift should be incorporated in the library. There should be a dirft comonent, indexing the drift between the concepts in the DataBlock and there should be a modifier, that takes an array of datasets, that have similar probabilities (window size and dimensions) and outputs a single data set, that is composed of a drift between the concepts.
