Educational organization

Sign Up

Registration for the CTFN service is via email. After registering, you need to confirm your email address using the link in the email. https://ctfn.pro/signup

Editing profile

After confirming the registration, you will be redirected to the organization profile settings, where you need to fill in the data and create a token.

  • Display Name (for profile page) - value of the Display Name field is displayed on the organization page and is displayed when the certificate is validated.
  • Education organization (Token name) - token name is displayed in the smart contract on the blockchain, it is the name of the NFT token of the organization.
  • Website - The Website field is displayed when the certificate is verified. It is recommended that you use this link to specify the number of the trusted Metamask wallet with which the organization signs certificates.
  • Mainnet - this checkbox affects which network we are currently on: Mainnet or Testnet. Depending on its value token and certificates will be created in Mainnet (if checked) or Testnet (if NOT checked).

The values of the fields are saved after clicking Update Profiel

Creating token

On the Edit profile page you can create an NFT token. Only after it is created, you can create certificates on the blockchain in Mainnet or Testnet. To create a token, you need Metamask and the necessary amount (0.01 BNB for Mainnet or 0.01 TBNB for Testnet, as well as a gas fee in the selected network).

Click Create token, sign the transaction and that's it! Your unique educational organization NFT token is created on the blockchain. Its address will be displayed on the same page.

Creating certificate

  1. Enter the student certificate data and click "Save students data".
  • Crypto wallet address - student receive Soul-Bound NFT-token on this address. Recommend TrustWallet or Metamask.
  • Name and Surname - student's name and surname, will be displayed on the certificate.
  • Course - course will be displayed on the certificate.
  • Identifier - Identifier is needed for backward compatibility when integrating with LMS (not required).
  1. Mint NFT. Minting price: 0.0003 BNB + gas fee. After minting you can see token id on Mainnet or Testnet. img-2023-05-22-22-55-23

Student can import certificate in his cryptowallet (automatically on TrustWallet or manual on Metamask). Also he can receive link to png-file with certificate visualization.

Importing certificate in Cryptowallet

Importing the NFT certificate into the TrustWallet is automatic.

To import the certificate into a Metamask wallet, the student needs to know the NFT token address and ID. Then switch to the network (BNB Mainnet or BNB Testnet) in Metamask and click Import NFT in the NFT tab.

It is not possible to send a certificate, NFT is a Soul-Bound Token

Employers and HR-managers

Search certificates by student address

Employers and hr managers can find all the certificates of a student by his crypto-wallet number and see them on one page. You just need to enter the wallet address into the search field and click Search Link: https://ctfn.pro/public/address

Verify NFT-certificate

Verify NFT-certificate by token address and token id is simple.

You just need to enter the address of the NFT-token and its ID and click Search.

Make sure you select the correct network (Mainnet or Testnet).
