查看日志发现最近bot经常因为以上错误异常退出

根据我的使用经验这个警告不会造成任何问题，异常退出大概率是其他问题导致的。

我默默的去点了个赞 node-fetch/fetch-blob#114 (comment) 。

删除本地文件重新拉取仓库，重新安装后运行，依然存在异常退出的情况，频率约为一分钟一次，log没有其他异常输出

我过去逼逼了一句居然真有点用，半个多月没动的 issue 又动了，上游的 pr 也已经提了，我猜下个版本应该就会包含这个修改了吧，不过上游发版本比较保守，不知道下个版本什么时候发的出来了。

作者自己的 pr 已经合入了，看起来坐等一个新版本就可以了
