  • update docs landing
  • fix homepage mismatch
  • use latest vitepress
  • bump to markdown-it-plugin-inline v2
  • add docs build test workflow

Netlify build script needs to be updated.

Now, you only need to run pnpm install and pnpm docs:build at root. @qwqcode

I have made change to use the netlify.toml config file for handling this.
