Searching to Learn with Instructional Scaffolding

This is the data and analysis code for the paper "Searching to Learn with Instructional Scaffolding", accepted at CHIIR 2021.

Under data, you will find the following files:

• all_logs_clean.json.gz: All events generated by the SearchX experiment.
• all_queries_clean.json.gz: All issued queries with their linked user ids
• consolidated.csv: Consolidates statistics per user. Use the notebook to generate this file
• vocab.json: Vocabulary file with the terms used for the VKS pre and post tests.
• blacklist.txt: List of blacklisted domains that seemed to be similar or extracts from Wikipedia.
