Build_Date is set wrong ...

Not sure how / why ... the code looks simple ... but out of almost 300 reporting in, 117 of them look like:

I thought maybe it was country specific ... like different date formats, but looking at just the United States, I have both ends of the range, and then a NULL value:

I build with XCode on my Mac and install through TF ... maybe that is the common thread? it seems to be trying to take moification time of Info.plist ... maybe something in the archive / TF process is mangling that date?
