Saving/loading of a genome/net in Entendre

Right now the neural-net-tests has a decent parser written with pyparsing. Ideally, I'd like the core functionality to all be in C++, and to be in Entendre. Let's look into boost.spirit or PEGTL to see if one of them is easy to use. They are both header-only, so it wouldn't be too difficult to have the sconstruct download them as needed.
