Nodejs wrapper for amacneil/dbmate
The original work is done by Roman Shtylman at https://gitlab.com/defunctzombie/node-dbmate. This repository uses latest dbmate binaries.

await dbmate.up();The dbmate cli wraps the precompiled dbmate binaries and passes all command line options. The cli wrapper will detect the appropriate binary for your system.
