“录播上传开放浏览后保留本地文件”功能取消了，但是似乎没有用 #97

这个问题貌似存在好久了，目前的情况是上传完成后依然会在merged和splits中保留原始录播文件和按时间切片的文件。
顺便想问下这个功能是用来删除这俩文件夹里的内容的吗，我的需求是仅删除splits中的文件
