Recreating Nuttymoon/ansible-avalanche-collection#9 after collection migration to ASH.

Setting avalanche_network_id to fuji will allow us to remove the following configuration from avalanchego_node_json:

ansible-avalanche-collection/roles/node/defaults/main.yml

Lines 61 to 63 in 58f5e50

snow-sample-size: 2
snow-quorum-size: 2
snow-mixed-query-num-push-vdr: 2

This way users don't have to manually set them to default values when provisioning for mainnet/testnet.
