When modal is dismissed, the first press afterwards is igored on screen #74

Steps to reproduce

Render a PhoneInput
Click on the dropdown to open the modal
Click outside the modal to dismiss/close it
Now click any button or even the PhoneInput dropdown again and the tap will be ignored
After the click is ignored, click again and the tap will not be ignored.

In the following notice how the button is not clickable after I dismiss the modal. After the first click, then I am able to click the button
