- Updated and shortened README.md
- Updated language in ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md
- Added FAQ.md which is where some of the more verbose documentation lives
- Updated .gitignore so the coverage resource is no longer ingored
- Updated date scalars so that timezone is no longer used, it was causing tests to fail in different time zones
