huh, I can't believe I never noticed that. Can I ask what you're looking for regarding the built in context menu? I know it might be a silly question, but I'd just rebuild the system menu, as I don't know what else you're looking for.

edit: I'm also looking through the original codiad source and many of the plugins, I can't seem to find where that default context menu is within the code. Is this a custom addon?

I am looking, for example, to search within the text of a file.

Without that entry in the context menu I can't find a way to "search" within the text of a file, without using a key combination.

No, I don't have any add-on in CODIAD.

Interesting, I guess I'll have to setup an install of Codiad and see if I can trace the code back, I can't find it anywhere in the source I've been searching through. I'll probably make my own implementation regardless, Atheos is almost completely different from Codiad under the hood now.

So, out of curiosity, what don't you like about Keyboard Shortcuts? Or, I should say, why are you looking for the context menu option? There are a ton of keyboard shortcuts that should work on the default install, you can see them in the settings -> shortcuts menu.

I think that, in my case, I was never very "skilled" with keyboard shortcuts, I remember in other times of computing, without mice or contextual menus, software that made massive use of keyboard shortcuts such as WordPerfect... and with whom I was never truly operational.

I recognize the virtues of keyboard shortcuts and recognize that my inability to remember them is a significant part of the problem.

But having said that, I use a lot, especially when reviewing code, the mouse, massively the wheel, and in that case the context menu is extremely comfortable.
