Description:
The Leatherworking crafted item "Heavy Leather Ball" is usable on friendly NPCs while the tooltip of the item clearly states "Throw the ball to a friendly player. If they have free room in their pack they will catch it!"
Current behaviour:
The Leatherworking crafted item "Heavy Leather Ball" is usable on friendly NPCs.
Expected behaviour:
The Leatherworking crafted item "Heavy Leather Ball" should only be usable on friendly players.
