Windows To Go is removed in Windows 10, version 2004 and later operating systems. The feature does not support feature updates and therefore does not enable you to stay current. It also requires a specific type of USB that is no longer supported by many OEMs. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/planning/windows-to-go-overview)

However, you can still install Windows To Go with other Third Party tools. Check out the post i've written on this Chinese Forum (luobotou IT Forum) using a tool called WTGA (Windows To Go Assistant) to make a windows to go using Atlas.
Post 1: https://bbs.luobotou.org/thread-53691-1-1.html
Tool (With guide): https://bbs.luobotou.org/thread-761-1-1.html

note that Atlas does not fully support windows to go and may contain various bugs and gliches due to removing lots of things out of the Windows OS.

Also do not use and SD Card to install Windows To Go, The performance SUCKS.
