[BUG REPORT] - Some apps and browser extensions reset settings after rebooting

Description

After every system reboot some apps reset their settings as if they were installed as new. Chrome extensions show as recently installed and show their welcome page, Nvidia Geforce Experience requires login, Logitech G Hub resets settings, FiveM requires login and don't save in game progress and other apps.

Steps to reproduce (add screenshots if applicable)

Reboot the system and settings/progress is lost in every app and some requiring login again.

Expected behavior

Apps should save their settings.

Actual behavior (add screenshots if applicable)

Apps don't save settings.
