"Collecting number" needs to be next to or below "Collector", rather than immediately below "Catalogue number". It is the combination of Collector name + number that make individual collections identifiable and (theoretically) unique, so they need to be visually linked through positioning. The Collecting number by itself is meaningless, e.g. "1500" - R. Butcher 1500 is a specimen of Tephrosia arenicola; J.A. Wege 1500 is a specimen of Stylidium angustifolium subsp. glaucifolium etc.
Herbarium botanists generally think of collections by that combination - e.g. I know that 'F. Hort 666' is the type collection of Synaphea diabolica, and I know that there's one sheet (the holotype) at PERTH, with five isotypes distributed to AD, CANB, K, MEL & NSW - I wouldn't have a clue about their individual catalogue numbers. Clearly linking the name and number will make it easier for 1) users to recognise particular collections, and 2) herbarium curation staff (and other users) to see that some records are duplicates of collections held at different institutions.

Move position of Collecting number in Map view pop-up windows for individual records

When you hover over an occurrence record point in Map view (e.g. http://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/search;jsessionid=061329F04C04884C97339F10AB621CEF?q=lsid:http://id.biodiversity.org.au/node/apni/2894267#tab_mapView), a pop-up window with a summary of the record appears next to it. Last year ALA made sure that the Collecting number is now also visible in this window. Could it please be moved within the window?
