Offline downloads display status failed

When using the offline download (https://biocache-ws-test.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/offline/download) and follow the status URL, it initially says that the download has failed ({"status":"failed"}). When you hang in there long enough, however – and you do not have to wait very long, as it is fast – it will eventually return a successful result: {"status":"finished","downloadUrl":"https://biocache-test.ala.org.au/biocache-download/a11c463f-3fc2-3660-a923-68af8a85ca64/1623136779473/dr376-pipelines.zip"}.

Not a problem for me, as I poll for the downloadUrl, but the 'failed' message also appears in downloads through the UI:

Again, if you View the raw download URL (and you are not too quick hitting the link), you'll get a successful result.

EDIT: Never got the promised email either.

@nielsklazenga thanks for reporting this, as I see it this is not a showstopper so we will defer it.

emails are disabled because of load testing. I will let you know once emails are flowing again.
