Possible to make tax optional per event?

My first big client to put on Attendize needs to be able to selectively charge tax on a per event basis. Some events have the tax built into the price as they are selecting meal events where they bundle the tax, gratuity, meal and service fee in one. But on others they want to be able to charge tax. Is there a reason that we couldn't have an option to charge tax on each event and have it checked by default when the organizer has tax set. But be able to uncheck when you don't want to charge?

How hard would this be to implement?

@emergingdzns This wouldn't be to hard to implement and is something I have added to the roadmap.

It does make sense to be able to charge tax on a per event basis and this is something we will add at some point.
