PBS Link Extract File missing Note Id and Caution Id columns #43

The PBS documentation still show the presence of the Note Id and Caution Id fields
https://dev.pbs.gov.au/content/software/current/doc/links.html
however in the latest source artifact for Feb 2021 the columns are not present (or declared in the header) as expected in the LinkExtract file.

Presently the consumption of these fields has been disabled. This issue will need to be escalated with PBS.
