Subscription-based Protools? Plugin not showing up

Some users report problem with Graillon and Couture even when copying the AAX to the right repositery.

Since it doesn't seem ProTools subscription related, maybe something else. It happens with several versions of PT.
My intuition thinks it's because of how signing works with EDEN, it takes the entire contents of the file into account, however decompressing a ZIP you may well create something a bit different?

  None of the reporters have said having "Protools First"

Don't manage to reproduce on Windows with either Pro Tools 2018.4 or 2018.7
