I am attempting to use the Aristo theme on a slightly grey background (specifically #f4f4f2)

for the "Uploader" element ... there is a white halo around where the button portion of the element is positioned.

I was able to make it transparent for the hover/active state ... but I cannot get the halo to disappear for the inactive state

any ideas where I have to change the aristo css file to accomplish this?

Gordon, did you manage to fix this problem? I have the exact same issue with all of the different form styles. They all have white borders around them.

This definitely has to do with sprite image. Indeed file input button style image has a white background. Will be looking into it soon.

I will fix this as soon as possible: I am generally on Ubuntu and the only graphic editor I am good at is Photoshop, which requires me to switch to Windows (I hate Mac). Sorry for delaying this unnecessarily...
