Missing precompiled EA

Hi, It looks like there is only the source of the EA (.mh) extension, not the .ex4 extension needed by MT4

The assumption is that you’ll need to modify to work for your specific use case and then compile. There are some pre-complied examples in the example directory. That said, I have no idea if the pre-compiled examples still work as I abandoned development of this several years ago in favor of using FIX Protocol API’s.
