Dear all

I have been able to run the CCAMLR template provided by the IMR but I can only export the 120 Dilation filter 3x3 (detect schools here) but when I try to export NASC values it shows me an error. I read that you managed to solve the bug by using a new template, is that right? If thats so, can I get access to it for download?

Best regards
Jose

Pd I am running the swarm based approach just using 120kHz

Dear @JoseCansec , are you reporting a bug with EchoviewR or an issue with the CCAMLR Echoview template? Thank you, Martin

Dear Martin

I am not sure if the bug is related to EchoviewR or the CCAMLR template that I am using. I am running the CCAMLR template provided by the IMR which has the option of the dB difference method and the swarm-based method. How can I download, or can I get access of the CCAMLR Echoview template file that you use? That way I will be able to detect if there is a bug with EchoviewR or with my template.
Best regards,
Jose

Dear @JoseCansec , this is somewhat out-of-scope for EchoviewR. Please email me re the EV file and I will try to help you.
