Freezes when rebooting quickly

What behaviour is observed?

During a quick transition, authorization freezes, only the commands specified in this plugin are available.This is a problem with the session, because when I turned it off the problem disappeared. I tested this on "MySQL" and on "SQLite".

Expected behaviour

I expect that after a quick reboot the player can execute different commands

To Reproduce

1. I go to the server
2. Enter the login command
3. I'm going out
4. I quickly log into the server
5. I can’t do or write anything, only the login command is available and when I enter it it says that I’m already logged in.
