In your Google Authenticator follow these steps.
Tap 3 dots in upper right corner.
Tap Transfer Accounts (this is not destructive)
Tap Export accounts
You may have to authenticate to the app again
Select all of the entries you want to transfer
Tap next
You should now see a very large QRcode on the screen of your phone.
Open Windows Camera app
Hold phone up to camera, assist in getting the image into focus, then take the picture of your phone.
If you have existing data in your Authenticator it will not be over-written. This can lead to duplicate entries depending on what you have setup. In my case it was best to reset the authenticator app prior to importing the new data from Google Authenticator.
click on Authenticator app to open it.
Click on gear in upper left corner.
Click on backup
Click on Import data
Click on Import QR Image backup
Click on the second Import QR Image Backup button.
Navigate to the image capture of your phone that you just took and select it.
