I believe this plugin has been uploaded to the Spigot plugin database thing here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/hug.96186

Currently the README marks this as "Coming Soon":

Spigot Coming Soon

That should probably be updated.

Related to #2 since the plugin is currently unusable without the license being updated.
