Issue with Revit (type) properties not exporting to IFC

Hi,

I've encountered a problem with Revit 2020 and the recent IFC exporter 20.1.0.1.
When I select the option to export all Revit properties to IFC, not all Type properties are visible in IFC.
Here is an image of the Revit type & instance properties from the group Identity Data:

And here is one from the IFC properties:

I've attached a revit and IFC file from 1 example (door) so you can see for yourself.
This issue is not affecting all objects from this project, but only some revit families such as this one.
Can this be investigated and resolved? Preferably as soon as possible, because we're missing important properties because of this issue.

I believe we have already identified this issue and have a local fix that we will get to the open source as soon as we can.
