Hi,

We get this error message on multiple Revit file within our Revit 2022 project:
foutmeldingen IFC export

Almost every single Revit file has this problem, altough the Revit files aren't much bigger than previous projects in previous Revit versions. Is this a known issue? Any suggestion how to resolve it?

Regards,

Willem

Is this Revit 2022 RTM or Revit 22.1? If those errors still occur in Revit 2022.1 (with the latest open source), then the message is incorrect and there is some other issue. If the error message is correct, you should get a very large IFC file as output and then we can figure out which element(s) are bulking it up. Often it is long, thin tubes, or walls with many reveals, or complex railings.

@AngelVelezSosa We still have this issue on different Revit 2022 projects. Latest update from Revit and Latest update for IFC export are installed.
My experience is that this issue is very random. IFC exports sometimes work one day with the same Revit model, but the next day or next attempt The IFC export doesn't work and we get this error message

Have you been having any other issues with these files? The fact that it is sporadic is odd. Are you using Revit 2022 or Revit 2022.1? We switched IFC technology between these releases so the error conditions could be different between the two.

Hi, no other issues. But we updated the IFC exporter to 22.5.1.0 and Revit 2022.1.3 still the error occurs:

There is a 22.5.2 version - is that better? I know it fixed a specific bug.
